WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want everyone to have a good experience with our brand. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or need an exchange please return it within 14 days. If you need an exchange, and we no longer have the product in stock, we will accept the return and refund the full product value.
Where are your shirts made?
All LAB standard t-shirts are printed and designed in the USA. Our Fabrics are produced in China and the USA. Garments are assembled in China, Mexico, and Central America.
How do I know what size shirt to order?
Most of our sizing is in unisex, unless otherwise stated. For a more fitted piece, we recommend sizing down. If unsure check the notes under each garment, as there will be helpful information on sizing for each particular garment.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO ARRIVE?
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Standard shipping within the US typically takes between 7 and 10 business days.* You will receive tracking information via email during this time frame.
What postal service do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail until they reach the order origin country and are taken over by customs and local carriers.
Do you ship internationally?
Although all U.S. shipping is free, our international shipping costs are dependent on the size/weight of your order and its final destination/country.
To predict shipping costs, add line items to your cart and proceed to first-steps of checkout, input your shipping information then hit “continue” for estimated costs prior to inputting payment info. Shipping costs will finalize upon purchase. *Please Note: All customs and/or duties charges paid up-front at the time of checkout are considered non-refundable. We recommend reaching out to local carriers or customs agencies to process further customs/duties charges if needed.
